Website terms of use
Effective October 8, 2026.
These terms apply to your use of hacknow.com. They don’t cover security testing or any other service we provide. Those are governed only by a written agreement signed by you and HackNow, LLC.
Information, not offers or advice
This site describes our services and shares general security information. It isn’t professional advice for your situation, and reading it or contacting us doesn’t create a client relationship. Prices on this site are starting prices for the smallest scope of each service, to help you plan. They aren’t offers. Your price is the fixed fee in your signed proposal, which governs.
Examples on this site, including the example finding and the example report, describe fictional companies and systems.
Our published commitments
The commitments we publish, such as our reply time, when we report critical findings, report delivery, and the included retest, are written into our standard proposal. Your signed agreement sets out the final terms of your engagement.
Testing authorization
Nothing on this site authorizes anyone to test HackNow’s systems, except as described in our vulnerability disclosure policy. We test a system only with written authorization from its owner, signed before testing starts.
Sources, links, and trademarks
When we cite outside research, we link to the original source. Those publishers own their work and haven’t reviewed or endorsed HackNow. We aren’t responsible for the content of sites we link to.
Certification, product, and framework names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them. Certifications are held by individual team members. HackNow, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certifying body, standards organization, or vendor named on this site. MITRE ATT&CK® is a registered trademark of The MITRE Corporation.
Our content
The text, design, and HackNow name and logo on this site belong to HackNow, LLC. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy the site or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, HackNow isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this section limits a signed agreement between us.
Governing law and changes
Texas law governs these terms. We may update them, and the effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
