This policy explains what information HackNow, LLC ("HackNow," "we," or "us") collects through hacknow.com and how we use it. It does not cover information shared during a client engagement, which is governed by that engagement's contract and non-disclosure agreement.
What we collect
- Information you submit through the contact form: name, email, company, phone number, the services you're interested in, and your message.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and reliability.
This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and scope a potential engagement.
- To keep a record of business correspondence.
- To protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
The site and contact form run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare's email service delivers form submissions to our Google Workspace mailbox, and if delivery fails, the submission is kept temporarily in Cloudflare's logs so we can follow up. Both act as service providers on our behalf. Otherwise, we share information only when required by law.
Retention
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email chris@hacknow.com.
